Chris Pegg, head of regional commercial, sales and marketing at City Cruises, said: “York has so much to offer, and we’re keen to give residents and visitors even more reasons to explore what’s on their doorstep and rediscover the city this summer. York Attractions’ Week is about making sure everyone can share in it, with our attractions coming together so there’s something for everyone. It’s collaboration at its best, and exactly the kind of thing that makes York special.”
Mark Mattinson, general manager of The York Dungeon, said: “At York Dungeon we have seen a fantastic response from our guests in passing on the Great British Summer Savings VAT reduction, and are really proud to be offering even better value to visitors as part of the first ever York Attractions Week. It is great to see so many quality attractions and tour operators getting on board and committing to making the best of what York has to offer even more accessible this summer.”
Sarah Loftus, managing director of Make It York, said: “We’re working together to make it even more accessible to enjoy the city’s best-loved experiences and take advantage of these great summer offers. Whether you’re a resident looking to try somewhere new or want to head to your favourite, or a visitor planning a summer getaway, there’s something for everyone.”
Individual offers are subject to each business’s own dates, availability, opening times and terms and conditions, listed in full at visityork.org.
